In my role as Social Media & Digital Content Manager for Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB), a community-focused regional bank, I built campaigns to highlight the bank’s mission to promote financial literacy. CNB has a robust content generation system, with different lines of businesses publishing newsletters, podcasts, and articles for local media publications. In collaboration with the bank’s Social Media Specialist, we redesigned the visual presentation of content for the bank’s social media platforms.
During the month of April, which is Financial Literacy Month, we launched the redesign with a small campaign featuring financial literacy topics. The new design was lighter and more conversational, and received great engagement and shares on all platforms, especially LinkedIn.
